The Vet-One system can be customised towards the particular needs of a Veterinary Practice and these tweaks can be carried out free of charge for new and existing customers alike.Vet-One was written for flexibility because we understand Veterinary Practices have different practice protocols and different ways of doing things. There are many setup parameters that allow for variations in the way Vet-One works. For example, when you see a list of a client’s animals some practices like to include deceased animals in the list whereas others prefer to exclude the deceased animals unless specifically asked for. This is fine as this represents customisation. However, as we also realise that we can’t please everyone all of the time we often get requests from customers to add new features to the system. If we think the request is reasonable and beneficial to the Vet-One system then we will of course consider it. However, customers must appreciate that this can involve hours, if not months!, of development work and can therefore only be implemented if the customer is willing to pay for it. This is only reasonable…surely?
