From the beginning, our system was designed to reflect the nature of multi-branch practices where anyone can search across the entire client database regardless of location and allowing clients to pay any invoices raised at any branch within your group. Vet-One has all client, animal and financial records available to all authorised staff regardless of the branch at which the records were created. If you create a new clinical note or add a new client, they are immediately visible to/at all branches.

In fact, any user has the potential to fully access the PMS from any branch, from their home or even while mobile. Equally, that access can be restricted to specific days, times of day, and even locations.
